Surviving the beast

Delivering large online projects like the BBC Sport website refresh and BBC LIVE is exciting stuff, working on products that millions of people from across the UK and around the world use every day. In her talk, Natasha will be sharing tips and lessons learnt for successful programme delivery, focusing in on team dynamics, iterative development, stakeholder management, trust and comms.
