Having taken a non-traditional route into digital, Ginny has worked in a genetics lab, owned a blog, been a STEM ambassador and worked in a digital agency prior to her current role at Epiphany.
Currently, working as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, she combines her science and psychology knowledge to analyze user behaviour, websites' performance and much more to create and utilize strategies which eventually help to shift and to improve on-site user behaviour. Being part of She Does Digital team is close to her heart as their collective work is extremely important due to the gender gap within the digital industry.
