The story of Ox Club

We sit down with Ben Davy, Head Chef of the Ox Club restaurant based on the ground floor of Headrow House, to talk food and business. Launched at the end of 2015, Ox Club prides itself in producing local food for decent prices. Ben talks us through how they've built the restaurant from the ground up.
